FTT ANALYSIS:Double Gameweek26 & Blank Gameweek27

As expected, after LIV & SWA's exit from FA cup & SWA in Capital One Cup Finale, DGW26 has been announced. Double Gameweeks are often High scoring & really important to improve your rank. But many managers are worried by the factor, immediate blank in GW27. So planning for both GW26 &27 is equally important.

For GW26,Liverpool’s home form is particularly seductive. They have won five of their last six in front of their own fans, registering five clean sheets and scoring three or more goals on four occasions. While Swansea have scored in just two of their last six on the road, they have registered a clean sheet in four of those matches, however, suggesting a tight match could be on the cards at Anfield. Their home clash with QPR who'll be without their main man Nelsen looks juicy. So, License is granted to managers to load up LIV & SWA Players in DGW26.

Now If you're worried about the immediate blank in GW 27, we've got some some great News for you! Actually GW27 fixtures looks blessing in disguise.

Monitor: QPR

We have seen the managerial skills of Harry Redknapp all these years in the Premier League and I think he will give his best to save QPR from relegation this season.

The fixtures have not been kind for them
recently, still it looks like they have picked up a rhythm with Remy leading the line and Tarrabt just behind dictating the game with his magical movements, at the back Julio Cesar has racked up 3 clean sheets in 4 matches in the process with some outstanding saves regardless of how strong the opponents were.
The last four results that reads for QPR are:

CHE(A) win 1-0
TOT(H) draw 0-0
WHU(A) draw 1-1
MCI(H) draw 0-0

Although Ryan Nelsen's influence played a big role in these matches, I think they will find a good replacement for him in this  transfer window and with the money available to them, they might even find a few more good players for other positions.
QPR players are now worth monitoring from Fantasy's perspective as they come in much cheaper. Here are some whom you should consider:

  • Adel Tarrabt (MID): Quoted as "The Next Zidane" by many earlier, he looks an enticing member from this team due to the abilities that reflect in his game. Moreover, he looks nailed on for penalties and free kicks, and he exchanges turns at the corner. Coming in at only £5.7, he could be considered as a budget-saver!
  • Julio Cesar(GK): As we all know, he is a world class goalkeeper and just needs a little support from his fellow defenders to get a good game and a CS. No goalkeeper can do good with a leaky defense and I think Harry will try his best to get the right players for the job in this transfer window. At £4.9, he looks a gamble if you pick him over the likes of Mignolet or Sorensen but who knows!! At the end of the season, you might be the one being in profit with his form and with the extra budget used to upgrade other areas of your team. We can already see people getting him in their teams as he is the most transferred in Goalkeeper this week!
  • Fabio(DEF): A young and energetic player, he has been utilised as a left midfielder occasionally which makes him an equally hot Fantasy target as Cesar! Moreover he comes at £4.2 and is a good alternative into QPR's defense for those who don't opt Cesar over other GKs.
  • Loic Remy(FWD): Has made a good reputation at France and looks to adapt well at EPL with a goal in his debut. He looks to be the missing part in QPR's attacking puzzle. He can make beautiful movements to lure defenders away and allow Tarrabt to fire his cannoning shots at goal and is equally capable of snatching the through balls and converting them into beautiful goals.

So, its just a matter of time that will decide how well QPR will do and how well these players will do in FPL, and I think they're worth monitoring!
