FTT Gameweek 31 Picks

After the international break, we are all set for some Premier League action and of course Fantasy Premier League!!
So, here are the players that we think can make good points for your FPL team this week:

GOALKEEPERS:

De Gea(M.United): Even though they are away to Sunderland, I think United can just stop them from scoring and De Gea looks certain to start.

Fabianski(Arsenal): He looks to be the first choice lately and Arsenal look to keep a CS as Reading make a visit.

DEFENDERS:

Zabaleta(M.City): He can get you points at both ends of the field. Up against Newcastle at home, we expect him to get some points.

Baines(Everton): Stoke look to score less and concede more these days. We can expect Baines to get decent attacking points and even a CS.

Rafael(M.United): He hasn't played a single minute during the international break. We expect him to start this week.

Reither(Fulham): He has got 11,7,11 points in his last three games. Lets expect him to continue this form against QPR.

O'Brien(W.Ham): He is our budget pick for this week. We expect him to get decent points.

MIDFIELDERS:

S.Cazorla(Arsenal): Looking at his recent playing position, we can expect him to get to the double figures this week against Reading. And in the absence of Walcott, he will have more chances in set-pieces as well.

Bale(Tottenham): Explosive free-role player. A must for every FPL team! Get him!

Yaya Toure(M.City): He is picked over Silva as he looks equally capable and is much cheaper.

Lampard(Chelsea): He looks certain to score in almost every match he plays. Moreover, he's cheaper than Mata and Hazard. We expect him to be the difference against Southampton.

Maloney(Wigan): He is our budget midfielder for the week. At home against Norwich, we can expect him to get decent points.

STRIKERS:

Suarez(Liverpool): We just cannot ignore this explosive striker. We never know when he will perform majestically and grab a hat-trick along with some  assists. Lets keep our fingers crossed this week.

Giroud(Arsenal): Up against Reading, lets expect him to grab at least a goal.

Berbatov(Fulham): Our budget striker for the week. We hope that he keeps his consistency and scores/assists against QPR.

CAPTAIN PICK: We choose Suarez as the captain this week and S.Cazorla as the second choice.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

SURGERY OF BLANK GAMEWEEK: Analyzing GW29

As we have alerted our Managers already regarding the fixture fall out in GW29, most of you might have planned already for the blank.

Even if you've not planned yet, no need to panic unless you have 8 or less to field in this Gameweek cuz unlike earlier blanks, you'll have the advantage of Double Gameweek later in the season(Confirmed for Arsenal in GW33).

Despite many of the big names missing this Gameweek, it's not a good idea to ship many of them out for a hit just to field 11, given you'll loose some value on them & will need them later on.
However, here's the list of players for perfect replacement of the players with the blank:

1)Goalkeepers: Most of the teams might not have problem in this department cuz we have the flexibility of 2 goalkeepers in the squad.

Players to Consider: Bunn(SOT,sun,wig,SWA) & Cesar(SUN,avl,ful,WIG)
Verdict:Consider these Transfer only if both of your GKs aint playing & this is the only pressing transfer you need to do.

2)Defenders: Although some big names are missing (Zabaleta,Rafael,Baines,Ivanovic),substitutes defenders can come handy in absence of them.

Players to Consider:Debuchy,Bassong,Harte,Enrique,Johnson,Dawson,McAuley,Samba
Verdict: Never take a hit on defender. Like Goalkeepers, consider this transfer if this is the only pressing transfer you've got to make.

3)Midfielders: This is the area I'd be worry about if I own Fellaini,Mata,Walcott,Silva.Till date, Midfielders have been flourishing in FPL.With most of the big teams missing this Gameweek, you need to take risk in this department to live a life without someone of them.

Players To Consider: Bale,Gerrard,Sissoko,Ben Arfa,Snodgrass,Sessegnon.
Verdict: Don't lose the whole bunch. If you're in the dilemma to decide whom to transfer out, consider the one with whom you'll loose the least value. With the Double Gameweek imminent, it'll harm you to Ship out many of them.

4)Forwards: "Transfer out RVP or not?" is the million dollar question here. With an immediate fixture of Reading(Home) & probable Double in near future, I'd hold if I don't have any plan to bring him back & the player you're swapping isn't Suarez.
Players to Consider: Suarez,Remy,Lambert,Benteke,Lukaku.
Verdict:Transfer out others but think twice if it's RVP.
FACTORS: United relieved from European duty, race for Golden boot heating up, possible Double Gameweek in near future & United on a kill for the League...all these factors can be multiplied to haunt the team without RVP if you want to see the season through without him.

FINAL VERDICT:
A) ITS BETTER TO FIELD 9 THAN TAKE A HIT.
B) DON'T TRANSFER OUT MANY OF BIG NAMES(Consider doing 2 at worst case scenario)
C)PLAN FOR ENTRANCE ROUTE TOO IF YOU'RE TRANSFERRING THEM OUT, Esp: RVP
D)DON'T TAKE HIT TO TRANSFER IN DEFENDERS/GOALKEEPERS UNLESS ITS THE ONLY PRESSING TRANSFER!!
